Caring Solutions, LLC offers a free consultation, preferably at the client’s residence.  This gives us an opportunity to meet you and your family.

The consultation enables us to:

• Assess the situation; make certain the requested services can be properly and safely performed; and provide you with more information.
• Ensure the caregiver assigned possesses the personality, appropriate skills and passion that best meet you needs. 

Becoming a Customer

• We create a thorough care plan and match you with one of our trained professionals.
• Next, we introduce you to the caregiver and review the care plan.

Ongoing Support

Follow-ups and care plan updates are completed through:

• Onsite visits
• Phone calls
• Supervisory visits
• Satisfaction surveys
