These nutrition experts provide a home nutrition evaluation, nutritional assessment and follow up. A diet plan will be individualized and provided to the client to meet their medical nutrition therapy needs. The registered dietitian can provide the client with an extensive menu plan and shopping list to meet their therapeutic diet needs for an additional fee.
