Early Intervention Services

Caring Solutions, LLC has created an expanded support system for our clients. We have contracted with Registered Dietitians, Outpatient Therapy, and Home Health Care to assist our clients who wish to stay in their own homes, and be as healthy as possible. It is very common for an individual to spend time in a rehabilitation facility and be in peak condition when discharged. Over time they may start to decline due to lack of exercise, inadequate food intake, inconsistent medication usage, etc. If this occurs, Caring Solutions, LLC will consult with the client and/or their representative to determine the next step – which may include consulting the experts to assess and make recommendations for therapy or other early intervention services.
